Since 2008 Bio Ammo Ltd has been dedicated to the development, manufacturing and distribution of biodegradable ammunition.After years of research and patent registration in over 55 countries, Bioammo's first products hit the market in 2019. Five years later, Bioammo cartridges are distributed in over 20 countries through leading local distributors. In 2023, new products are developed to enhance the product line, and the brand Vennari is introduced – a hybrid cartridge aimed at competitive pricing with other manufacturers.

Amperand is a micro mobility logistics and servicing company that takes over all the local operations and logistics of electric vehicle renting companies allowing them to focus their efforts and resources in the core areas of their business and exponentially increase their ability to open new cities and therefore expand their business. Since January 2019, we have been able to manage +10k scooters daily in more than 7 cities in 4 countries with 4 more to come in the next few weeks. We currently work with the top tier clients worldwide and play a key role in the stabilization of the micro-mobility boom, becoming a strategic partner for public administrations, since we ensure an optimal level of service for citizens. We aim to continue with our international expansion, embracing the strong shift in urban mobility that has already started and will continue shaping the way we move around cities.
