Total cost:($30m Usd)Key responsibilities:• According to the architectural and structural project, to ensure whole rough works are convenient that have done at job site• Reviewing civil work, structure and general services, lighting, electrical outlets, water, sewer, Hvac-Air Conditioning, Fire Suppression System (sprinklers & alarm).• Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are being followed.• Maintain and analyze up-to-date cost reports and submit necessary changes to ensure the project is delivered within budget.
