Mark was a Global Mobility & Employment Tax Services partner and part of PwC’s People and Organisation practice which brings together an un-matched combination of 10,000 people with industry, business, talent, strategy, HR, analytics and technology expertise in one team across 138 countries. Locally in Ireland, Mark and the team advised leading Irish and multinational clients across all sectors in relation to employment taxes, international workforce mobility, immigration, payroll, reward and equity planning, executive resourcing, workforce rationalisation, with the aim of controlling costs, managing risks and improving people processes. He and the team also assisted organisations with wider workforce, talent and HR issues and have advised many corporations on the HR and people aspects of corporate migration projects, in particular in relation to start up and expansion FDI projects into Ireland. Mark has extensive experience in delivering global mobility services which help multinational businesses get most value from their internationally mobile and cross border employee populations, while at the same time enhanching the experience of their mobile employees.More broadly Mark led the PwC series of Global Employee Mobility & Employment Tax Forums, and previously the HR Business Briefings as the HR Services Markets Leader for PwC Ireland. He was a member of the PwC EMEA HR Services wider leadership network, and former board member of a number of international bilateral business associations, as well as the International Committee of Dublin Chamber of Commerce. His overseas experience was gained with the PwC global strategy team in New York. Prior to PwC he worked in the public sector.
