As the fraud analyst and customer service lead of the card lock department of SC Fuels, I handle a variety of responsibilities. Main duties include: data and trend analysis, compiling data into user friendly tables and spreadsheets, assisting customers through fraud process from detection to prevention, management of accounts, management of customer service team in regards to day to day activities, organization of team members and designation of certain responsibilities, one on one leadership meetings to assist individual team members in problem areas and to influence growth.

Responsibilities include: asset protection, inventory management, delegation and management of team of 6, department maintenance, sales tactics and marketing technique utilization in order to most efficiently move product, meet sales goals per quarter.
