Managed relationship with outside administrator including the review of financial reporting packages, management fee calculations, and performance fee analysis while maintaining parallel records to support financial reporting and 1,000+ investor capital account statements.Founded in 2010 by former members of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners oversees the management and liquidation of the LBREP fund portfolios which consist of three entities with ≈ $3 billion in assets under management.• Reviewed administrator provided quarterly financial reporting packages and semi-annual management fee reporting packages including the issuance of investor capital account summaries and management fee notices• Maintained investor level capital account details for 1,000+ partners according to the terms of the respective limited partnership agreements including any potential adjustments for changes in status between good standing, cured and/or default• Implemented reporting package to directly support the consolidated partnerships entity level balance sheets, statement of operations, and statement of changes in partners’ capital to ensure the completeness and accuracy of administrator provided reports • Structured supplementary cash ledger to perform daily cash liquidity analysis including the incorporation of allocation metrics to satisfy the unique partnership allocations caused by specialized expenses structures and side pocket investments• Restructured testing procedures attached to investor level reporting allowing management to assess the accuracy of capital account statements on a partner-by-partner basis via expanded testing capacity, increased testing precision, and enhanced general efficiency • Collaborated with auditors, administrator, asset managers, and legal counsel to aid in the creation and the review of the annual audited financial statements and corresponding footnotes
