CurrentDesigned and developed plugins for our internal open-source project management solution to integrate it with GitLab (Ruby, Rails) and for our CRM software (Javascript).Designed and built a custom OAuth2 module to connect our purchasing platform SmartPO with outside accounting and disbursement services such as QuickBooks and Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge. Key features included easy implementation via a common top-level UI while also allowing each step of the process to be customized to the specific service as needed. (PHP, Javascript, MySQL)Designed and implemented a custom CXML punch-out ordering module for SmartPO. Similar to the above accounting service integration, the punch-out module was made to be as simple as possible to implement for services that largely conform to the CXML standard, while being easily customizable when the vendor has specific requirements. Most new vendors can be added to the system with zero development time required, with the exceptions rarely taking longer than a couple of hours. (PHP, MySQL, CXML)Modernizing and expanding a commodity tracking software for consortiums of Michigan and Ohio school lunch programs. Commodity Planner tracks federal entitlement from any number of sources, such as the main National School Lunch Program or smaller state and local programs, and balances the ledger against the real, delivered quantity that schools receive. Features include up-to-the-minute live reporting of fund status, nightly document processing from a live feed with the regional distributor Gordon Food Services, and membership management and communication tools for the consortium administrators.
