Current• Spearhead the management and launch of multi-channel GTM campaigns, leveraging digital ads, social media, web, and email.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand, product, and content marketers to architect and implement both paid and organic lead generation strategies, enhancing the full user- journey and boosting lead conversion rates.• Institute scalable and measurable processes to augment cross-team collaboration and visibility through the optimization of campaign briefing, reporting, and management workflows.• Monitor campaign performance and make strategic optimizations based on data from Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, and Brandwatch social listening software• Launch employee advocacy and social selling programs, by onboarding new technology, managing usage and adoption, and measuring success. • Lead the social media Center of Excellence, providing guidance on strategy and brand governance for other social teams.• Guide messaging and creative direction for display and social lead gen ads. • Manage relationships and collaborate with freelancers and agencies. • Manage and negotiate software contracts for social media platforms.
