At just 21 years old, he was soon regarded as one of Brazil's top young executives by Veja, one of the country's leading magazines.By early 2000, he became one of the co-founders of F.biz, a digital advertising agency, which was later sold to WPP in 2011.In 2003, Castelo jump started the Mobile business division in F.biz, leading the Brazilian mobile market. Castelo has rendered mobile marketing services to world class clients such as Unilever, Pepsico, Heineken, Kraft, Motorola, etc.After ten years and following the development of 500 mobile projects, Castelo was awarded the Brazilian Mobile Market Personality award by popular vote in 2008.
