Review of solution architecture designs for active projects.September 2014 - July 2015: Project Management of Landgate's Windows 2003 Server Decommission Project- Coordinating a multi-faceted project to replace approximately 100 Windows Servers. This required engagement of service providers from both the Infrastructure and Applications IT team as well as end users.January 2013 - December 2015: Member of Landgate's Project Planning Team - preparing project proposals and business cases for a wide variety of Landgate's ICT projects (including Unified Communications and Corporate Website Re-development. My main role was preparing solution designs and cost estimates for the projects as well as guiding project sponsors through the project start-up and initiation processes.October 2011 - December 2012: Lead a team of in-house Solution Architects developing strategies for Landgate's IT systems and solution designs for individual projects.

January 2007 - October 2007: Management the SLIP GIS Support Team during the SLIP project’s implementation and early production life. The team configured all the back-end datasets that were shared by the SLIP systems. Other tasks included the review and acceptance of all the technical and business process documentation produced by the SLIP Project Team and contributing to the planning of the SLIP production implementation.

I also project managed the development of approximately 20 small/medium sized systems that digitised manual processes and improved productivity throughout the agency.
