High-performance, distributed C++ electronic trading system running on SuSE Linux. Designed and implemented the BATS Smart Order Router, including multiple route strategies and connectivity to other market centers.

Software Architect and Lead Developer for the FireMon application. FireMon is a revision control, management, and policy analysis application for firewalls and other network devices. I worked as the sole developer for the first version of FireMon and took the application from idea to release in 12 months. The FireMon server was written in C++ for Windows, Linux, and Solaris. The GUI ran on Windows and was coded in Visual C++. FireMon made use of several 3rd party libraries including boost, libz, libssh, MySQL, and CheckPoint OPSEC.I also provided support for the FireMon application, both via email and on-site, as well as working directly with clients to collect requirements and offer custom solutions.

Software Developer for the FireMon application (see Secure Passage above).I also worked with the FishNet Piranha Team for performing network penetration testing and other services. Additionally, I worked in a consulting role for other companies, providing software development services such as integrating RSA Keon Single Sign On into existing applications.

Developed a CAD software package for roof design and parts generation. Development was done in Visual Basic and Visual C++. 3D capabilities were done using OpenGL.
