Stayed on-time and under budget, saving the company ~$5000.* Researched and implemented an NEC SV8300 PBX Upgrade for the corporate office, saving more than $100,000 over three years in service, long distance, support & hardware charges.* Researched, managed and assisted vendors with a Fiber Backbone Upgrade Project for our SC location and managed an MPLS Upgrade Project for our NC plant.* Directed a Support Call Center Implementation.
