I was responsible for managing the Oak Leaf Society, Vanderbilt University’s loyalty giving society, first-time donor and other stewardship activities for all annual giving donors as well as overseeing annual giving constituent relations.

I strengthened relationships with local congregations, developed and coordinated the Recent Graduate Class Gift program, managed the annual donor society appeals and celebration, and designed and managed the annual giving and stewardship programs.

I consulted within the Division of Student Affairs to assist in the creation of their portions of the accreditation self-study report. My primary responsibilities were to carry out needed research, collect supporting evidence, and draft the related pieces of the report. Additionally, I did some assessment planning with the college’s cultural competency program.

I served as 1 of 2 Recent Graduate Trustees responsible for representing the perspectives of young alumni and current students. I served on the Academic and Student Affairs committee, the Enrollment and Marketing committee, and the Alternative Pricing taskforce.

I was a member of a 4 person leadership team responsible for UVM's reaccreditation process. I was responsible for the gathering and organization of data that was incorporated into the self-study report. Additionally, I created and managed the electronic documents room and assisted in the planning and logistical implementation of the team visit.

This was an academic internship where I gained exposure to Division I athletics. I co-taught a first-year seminar for 20 student-athletes designed to ease their transition into college while balancing the demands of colleges sports. I also was able to assist in advising the Student Athletic Advisory Committee in a period of organizational restructuring.

This was an academic internship designed to give me broad exposure to higher education development and alumni relations. I created and carried out a survey of recent graduates' participation and evaluation of Homecoming Weekend to better understand how to serve young alumni. Additionally, I helped plan and assist the 2nd and 3rd annual university-wide Scholarship Luncheon designed to connect scholarship donors with current students.

This was an internship for academic credit during which I gained broad exposure to private college admissions. I developed an action plan for recruitment based on my assessment aligning the college's admitted student data and a recent branding and market analysis.

I managed evening activities, night programing, and the residential learning of campers while assisting in supervising the undergraduate staff.

I facilitated the development of 108 women into successful college students within their first-year of college through the creation and coordination of monthly educational programs and the enforcement of policy.
