The project uses an innovative approach to engage the participants - combining music, art, body movement, advising, and communication skills development - and help them make education and career choices. Collaborating with a team of instructors and youth outreach workers, I take a leading role in ensuring that the educational and personal development outcomes are achieved as promised to the government funder.
