Provided business valuation analysis for forensic accounting litigation experts. The businesses valued ranged from small appliance stores and tech start-ups to large auto warranty and insurance brokerage companies.

Created a streamline plan for implementing digitalization technologies in the bank’s corporate credit business sector. These technologies involved automating routine processes using robotic process automation for routine tasks and machine learning algorithms for collection and analysis of data. Other technologies presented involved augmenting the analysts’ ability to write documents, transfer data, and find existing company resources more quickly through the use of technologies such as application programming interfaces, natural language processing, and virtual employee assistants respectively.

Hired in May 2020 to establish and manage the quality management system for PCE Instruments Inc. Calibration Lab, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. Designed and implemented the calibration laboratory quality management system and information management system. The PCE Instruments Inc. Calibration Laboratory in Jupiter Florida received ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation from AGS in December of 2021. This new division of the American branch added a $100,000 revenue stream to existing operations. I developed VBA software packages to automate the process of calibration record management. Over the course of a year the software will save an estimated 50 hours of folder creation and file management per calibration technician.

Worked as engineering and test lead to eliminate product defects on a low production volume system. Effort included coordinating production technicians, procurement specialists, and engineers to produce the system and hand it off to the customer. Worked in aircraft engineering underneath a senior principle engineer supporting design verification, field testing, and fixture design. Responsibilities included interfacing with customers to organize test events, leading test field events, and modeling and analysis of vibration fixtures. Utilized Creo Parametric CAD and ANSYS software to develop models.
