Designed and implemented the calibration laboratory quality management system and information management system. The PCE Instruments Inc. Calibration Laboratory in Jupiter Florida received ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation from AGS in December of 2021. This new division of the American branch added a $100,000 revenue stream to existing operations. I developed VBA software packages to automate the process of calibration record management. Over the course of a year the software will save an estimated 50 hours of folder creation and file management per calibration technician.
