(Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funded, and other grant funded housing, neighborhood revitalization, economic development, public facility, infrastructure, and social service programs).Assists sub-recipients/developers and vendors with compliance through all CDBG/HOME related laws and regulations (including Section 3, Fair Housing and MBE/WBE). Oversees labor compliance issues (contractor eligibility, employee interviews and Davis-Bacon) and prepares and submits all required federal reports.Assists in the preparation and update of the City's Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and CAPER.Attends City Council, Community Development Advisory Council, and other meetings as needed.Prepares presentation and disseminates information.Prepares, administers, and oversees bid documents and contracts for CDBG/HOME activities.Performs other related duties as assigned
