Nick McCabe is a seasoned hospitality executive and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience spanning the nightlife, daylife, dining and hotel sectors across multiple continents. Most recently, McCabe served as CEO of iconic Spanish hospitality company Grupo Pacha in Ibiza, driving the international growth of the company's brand portfolio including Pacha nightclub, Lio cabaret supper club, and Destino hotel. Prior to Pacha, McCabe held the position of CEO of Hakkasan Group, responsible for overseeing the company’s entire global portfolio of nightlife, daylife, and dining brands.
