McCade is dedicated to physician outreach and oversees both electronic health records implementation and chart audits. She provides leadership with the Customer Service Team, Sales support via demonstrations, as well as hands-on training with physicians and clinical staff. McCade is the key architect in the functional design and workflow of MEDTRON's electronic health records solution. In addition, she participates in developing standard operating procedures while adhering to various compliance standards such as: Meaningful Use, PQRS/CQM/HEDIS, HIPAA, and other carrier/government regulations. McCade reports directly to the VP/Chief Operating Officer and provides routine feedback and assistance in the overall direction and performance of the organization.
