This was a summer/winter break full-time job.My responsibilities included:• Answering the phone and directing them to the person they needed to speak with.• Filing invoices and any other item that needed filing.• Sending out invoices to customers via email/mail.• Creating customer folders for the service engineers so they would have all of the information needed before going on site.• Creating service engineer templates for them to fill out the work done when going to sites.• Taking inventory of machine parts and documenting all inventory into the system.• Keeping track of when parts are shipped and delivered to customers.• Updating the Customer Order Book excel sheet, payment sheets, and the Delivery book excel sheet.• Completing bank statements and recording amounts for each credit card holder on a spreadsheet.• Scanned receipts and saved into each suppliers’ folder.
