Senior Digital Project Manager for leading New Zealand agency Flight Digital where I sat within the organisation’s leadership team. This role involved being a key contributor to the agency’s operational decisions, as well as managing key client projects across branding, UX and UI design and the development of websites and mobile applications. The Senior Project Manager position at Flight meant being responsible for the management of a multi-disciplined team across design and development, and required the direct line management of a team which included junior project mangers, designers and developers. I was also responsible for overseeing the commercial performance of my team.
