With over 8 years of experience in GIS and urban planning, I am passionate about applying spatial data and analysis to solve complex business problems and create value for clients and stakeholders. I am currently a Senior GIS Analyst at Lendlease, a leading international property and infrastructure group, where I lead and manage all worldwide GIS projects and initiatives. As the head of the GIS team, I am responsible for setting goals, planning, budgeting, user experience, visualization, and talent allocation for various GIS projects across different sectors and regions. Some of the projects that I have successfully delivered include creating a real-time playground mobility and tracking webmap platform, developing an amenities study on the impact of certain retail types on foot traffic, and conducting a site attractiveness modeling for Whole Foods. I have also developed and implemented innovative predictive analysis techniques using geostatistical modeling, Gaussian process regression, and betweenness centrality to forecast micro demographics, location quality scoring, and walkability modeling. I have extensive skills in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization, and I use various GIS tools and software, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, R, Python, and Tableau.
