One More Generation (OMG) is a nonprofit, public charity whose mission is to preserve endangered species, our environment and our communities for at least One More Generation, any beyond. One More Generation Foundation (OMG) was founded in 2009 by brother and sister, Carter Ries(now age 13) and Olivia Ries (now age 11). Following the eye-opening discovery of how and why so many species have made it onto the endangered species list (or worse -- have become extinct), Carter and Olivia refused to "wait until they were older" to start making a difference. The duo has spent the last 5 years educating and empowering youth to get involved now, rather than waiting until it is too late.I have filled the position of Director of Development with intentions to provide One More Generation with the creation and implementation of newly structured business development processes that will enable partners to better support the efforts of our young founders.I aim to build a steady market position for One More Generation by discovering, forming, interpreting, negotiating, and continually growing business relationships with our supporters. Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments; establishing program funding structures that are in line with One More Generation’s priority needs; creating interactive platforms of communication between our founders and the youth One More Generation reaches and inspires.

I am one of five grandchildren to the late Ray C. Anderson; a radical environmental pioneer, to say the least. As a proud member of his family and his cause, I, along with my other sibling and cousins, have taken the initiative to form a committee of environmental advocates that are taking a youthful and open-minded approach to the well being of our environment and society. We have joined together to continue the work of our grandfather via our focus and commitment to educating, influencing and supporting the members of the next generation in regard to environmental and societal issues. I am responsible for our committee's social media and marketing efforts.
