At Tatum, Raymond executed financial services for a key Tatum client: a successful $500 million building services firm; in addition to maintaining monthly financial / budget report for CFO and assisting accounting staff with balance sheet reconciliations. He also created and executed controllership function assessments for several companies, and collaborated with multiple companies encompassing various industries, establishing and maintaining quality relationships with colleagues and clients. Major accomplishments of this role have been:• Orchestrated a controller assessment project for established services company valued at $10-12 million annually, successfully issuing a report for improvement and increasing confidence in the numbers• Introduced daily analysis of company’s cash position as interim controller for $100 million technology company, significantly increasing productivity and efficiency• Coordinated an account reconciliation project for the 401(k) plan for a $500 million dollar building services management business• Proficiently evaluated voluminous data and defined procedures for account reconciliation

Raymond administered banking relationships valued at $8 million+ in real estate / construction loans and was mainly responsible for the company restructuring. He spearheaded daily activities of 9 sales, construction and support personnel providing quality expertise and strong leadership skills.
