I am a director of Sherwood PSF Consulting doing consulting, management development, facilitation and coaching work with professional service firms - in particular with lawyers and legal organisations. My work covers business strategy, management structures, marketing and business development and personal management skills.Typical recent assignments include:- helping a barristers' chambers improve its management structure and operational procedures. This involved reviewing existing practices and extensive discussions with clerks and members of chambers- designing and delivering a one day module on creativity and innovation for an international MBA programme- facilitating at a development centre for mid level associates at a city and international law firm.
