As Director of Growth, I look ahead to define strategic goals built around customer desires and market trends. I work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, sales and operations to design and execute growth initiatives related to product development, marketing funnel optimization and toolset implementation. I'm also involved in expanding our sales channels, fostering 3rd-party partnerships and keeping our team aware of the ever-changing marketplace in which we operate.Highlights this year include raising $600k+ in crowdfunding on Indiegogo for our latest Jamstik products.

Upon becoming full-time again at Zivix in the fall of 2014, I took on the role of utilizing the latest e-commerce solutions to create a profitable online store with automated fulfillment, social media presence, and an efficient customer support system; helping create a solid foundation for our business in time for the holiday season which established our presence in the musical instrument and tech-gadget world.Learning from the initial launch of the jamstik product, I was integral in the crowdfunded launch of the next generation jamstik+, which we launched on Kickstarter in March of 2015. As the campaign manager, I led the efforts of lead generation, content creation, and product management, ultimately resulting in an $800,000 raise on Kickstarter, which held the #2 spot in crowdfunded projects in my home state of Minnesota until quite recently being bumped to third. The app-enhanced nature of our products has led me to reach out to third party developers like Musopia and secure integrations with these software companies to create an ecosystem for our hardware products with the customer in mind; ultimately helping the company offer a better experience for our users.This past year since the Kickstarter, I've helped bring the jamstik+ into major retail outlets including the Apple Store, Amazon, and specifically the Amazon Launchpad category, which has been an amazing way to leverage new tech discovery within their established online marketplace. I continue to manage our online e-commerce presence at jamstik.com, and run the majority of our digital advertising.

Product Manager, Project Manager, and Producer of 10 mobile apps available on iOS, Android, and Amazon App Stores.Fluent in mobile app design, development and analytics, it's my job to stay up to date on the latest technology, trends, and monetization strategies in the mobile marketplace; while designing new products and managing a team of artists and developers to bring concepts into the marketplace. Utilizing usage analytics, I strive to design responsive and adaptive product updates and in-app economy adjustments to maximize user engagement and earnings per user.Producer of an XBLA, PSN, and Wii title, as well as multiple PC / Mac products.

As an intern, I gathered inspirational media and forms to help the designers get their creative juices flowing and also spent time sketching and photoshopping designs for prototypes and the like. I helped put together powerpoint presentations, product information banners / media, and spent some time in the prototyping area where we formed models with 3d printers, molds, and foam.
