My focus includes the liability of professionals such as lawyers, accountants, financial services professionals, financial institutions, and directors and officers. Additionally, I handle various specialty insurance matters, including warranty and indemnity, commercial crime, technology, environmental hazard, pharmaceutical product, sexual abuse, business interruption, and contingency.I have been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for my work in insurance and professional malpractice law over several years. I am called in Quebec and Ontario.My experience with disputes has allowed me to offer guidance on complex insurance arrangements and professional practice and risk management. I have conducted claims management audits, prepared insurance risk exposure reviews, assisted with underwriting, drafted policy wordings, developed professional standard guidelines, and taught insurance law at McGill University’s Faculty of Law.At Clyde & Co, I am part of the Canadian and North American Management Boards and serve as the firm’s Risk Partner for Canada.
