About Connor Mccarthy
After graduating from college I became a business development manager for the largest supply chain solutions company in the world, Capstone Logistics. In nearly 2 years, I built a $1.6M book of business. This included enterprise accounts managed by a team, and smaller accounts that I ran myself. For all of my clients, I acted as their main point of contact and always went that extra step to ensure their satisfaction. I wanted a new challenge and left Capstone and joined Viral Growth. This was a complete 180 from the last industry I was in - social media marketing and monetization were a new world top me, but so was supply chain when first joining Capstone. This was a much different company culture as well. I had to adapt from a large corporate setting to a much smaller, remote workforce. I have closed 6 figures in revenue at Viral Growth in 3 months and absolutely love it, but I am interested in something more stable.
