• Oversight for distribution network design and business integration for a 17-facility 80K SKU grocery distributor. • Lead the planning, opening and relocation of multiple distribution centers inclusive of employee recruitment, process flow design, systems integration, fleet procurement, customer routing and the oversight of over $40M in building improvements while delivering projects on time, on budget with little to no customer disruption.• Selected and implemented top tier ERP, Labor (LM), Warehouse (WM) and Transportation (TM) Systems including the integration of Voice and RF capabilities across all regional distribution centers.

• Operational oversight for a $1.3B natural and specialty grocery wholesale Distribution Company inclusive of key account relationships and customer service levels within each operating region.• Responsible for 1,200 FTE’s, 45,000 unique SKUs valued at $150M housed within 6 regional multi-temp distribution centers with an annual operating budget of over $80M.• Successfully negotiated multiple labor contracts resulting in improved production and higher employee engagement while maintaining stability of business operations.

• Responsible for a $75M janitorial, packaging and safety supply distribution business with over 10,000 unique SKU’s.• Oversight for a $25M satellite distribution center with $4M in inventory and regionally located in Central California.• Supported a growth of over 30% annually with responsibilities for sales, customer service and key house accounts.• Led the regional procurement team, maintained strategic supplier relationships and executed a companywide private label program supporting a 15% growth in selling margin.• Implemented a corporate inventory management system that decreased shrinkage and enhanced visibility while increasing order fill rates and improving cash flow.• Working cross functionally, lead a backhaul and freight consolidation effort, creating sustainable inside income, increasing material margin and reducing delivery expense.

• Responsible for day to day business operations of a $200M distribution center with over 200 FTE’s including oversight of transportation assets and personnel.• Planned and executed the relocation of over 4,500 SKU’s valued at over $15 million from a facility 50 miles away and consolidated two operating companies resulting in a single facility serving $360M of annualized sales.• Led DC to be in compliance with AIB, FDA and Silliker food safety and quality requirements while achieving superior scores and acting as a subject matter expert to multiple facilities.• Created driver domicile and backhaul programs allowing for higher value per drop and increasing revenues while also improving on time performance for chain stores.• Planned and managed the retrofitting of a 280,000 sq. ft. facility which included cold storage expansions, racking installation and other building improvements valued at over $12M.• Integrated multiple best in class systems and tools including WMS, RF, yard visibility, slotting and load planning
