Responsible for the accounting operations of the company, including the accuracy and timely issuance of financial reports and regulatory reports. Managed the accounting staff, and provided leadership and coordination of company financial planning and budget management functions. Responsibilities included assisting the Asset and Liability Manager in the monthly process of financial forecasting and interest rate risk reporting; timely and accurate ALM reporting to Asset and Liability Committee; and support for the annual budget function and management profitability reporting. Actively participated in the elaboration and evolution of the ALM policies and procedures and ensured that the procedures were documented.

Assisted in the forensic investigation process of the former President and CEO, including the investigation and preparation of supporting documentation.

Responsibilities included testing the balance sheet and overall soundness of the bank; as well as the planning, coordination, and review of the audit work papers, and the preparation of the audit report. Identified and communicated risks and exposures to loss including financial, customer, penalties, etc. Advised and counseled management in response to changing business needs.
