• Provide Career Counseling to all student populations and alumni of the University, including skills assessment, career exploration and assisting with career planning• Work closely with faculty, employers and students to expand the internship program and enhance the learning objectives within the internship experience• Construct and implement assessment tools to evaluate effectiveness of office services and internship experiences• Provide job and networking information for students to utilize in internship and job search• Establish close working relationships with local employers to cultivate a reciprocal relationship that enhances the educational goals of the university and supports the needs of the employer• Provide class presentation and workshops for students regarding Professional Excellence within the work place• Develop, design, and facilitate career-related workshops, and seminars dealing with such topics as resume writing, interviewing skills, networking and LinkedIn profile development• Manage and provide vision for the Office of Career and Professional Development• Maintain membership and involvement in professional career organizations such as NACE, EACE and NCDA.
