Preparing for the Equestrian Games Event in The 19th Asian Games, Hangzhou 2022.

• In charge of Marketing Communications team and report directly to Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager

• Assist the Marketing Communications Manager to manage press relations including preparation of news releases and feature articles, making arrangements for interviews and photo/ video shootings between company and press, radio and television representatives• Prepare letters and drafting articles that are to be made public• Establish and maintain good relationship with media• Maintain the hotel slide and photo library• Assist F&B and Rooms on collateral requirements, i.e. F&B newsletters, promotional flyers and posters, photography of food & festive shots etc.

• Provide overall administrative support to ensure maximum operational efficiency of Director• Maintain calendars/ schedules of Director, including travel arrangements• Perform clerical support as required, including typing letters, correspondence, translations, filing, all with a high-level of accuracy and professionalism• Participate in the annual business plan and budget making process• Organized formation of employee recreation committee and a variety of employee activities such as outings and team buildings

• Butler service for VIP rooms, handling the VIP/ Club Floor guests’ check-in/ out, breakfast service, meeting room arrangement, happy hour time service, relationship with Long Stay guests and all the secretary services

• Personally and frequently verifies that guests, staff and members of the public utilizing the Call Centre services are receiving service in line with Hyatt standards• Provides secretarial services to guests, i.e. types document, faxes or makes copy of documents, making reservation or re-confirming air tickets• Assists the Assistant Manager in efficiently managing the Guest Services and Business Centre according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times• Liaises with Front Office and other related departments on daily operation
