Bellevue Baptist Church: Administrative Assistant to the Church Business Administrator, Administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, the Information Technology department, Benefits department. My duties include but are not limited to, the extensive utilization of Microsoft Office to created interactive dashboards for finance committee meetings, various charts, and tracking spreadsheets, and interactive forms with macros. Built Access databases to track employee information, track submitted applications/resumes, and track two scholarship programs for the Foundation. Assist in completing all commercial insurance policy applications, track all company credit cards, update information/create forms on the company intranet, keep the Organizational Chart and I-9 log, and run E-Verify on all new employees. Facilitate the receipt of stock, the sell of stock, and notifications to the donors. Bellevue Foundation: Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director. Use Trust accounting software for 40 Donor funds, run quarterly statements, make distributions, receive contributions, sell donated stock, prepare the Agenda and Quarterly Financial reports for the Board of Directors, take meeting notes and prepare minutes, prepare all paperwork for the annual audit, and all other administrative duties.
