I've been in Business Outsourcing for 4 years. As a customer representative, I'm responsible for fixing any emerging problems that our customer accounts face with accuracy and efficiency. I actively listen to customers, taking their requests for products or services. During this time, I have honed my communication and problem-solving skills, allowing me to effectively address customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. I also work as a social media manager as my part-time job. I market communications professionally, create content, communicate with the audience or followers, and implement digital marketing strategies over an organization's social media profiles. I tailored all posts and communications to my client's organization's target audience or followers with the aim of building and maintaining a strong online presence. Wiht this, I have developed a deep appreciation for the flexibility, autonomy, and creativity that come with being a freelancer.
