I’ve worked in the veterinary industry for over 5 years. I have experience being a kennel tech, receptionist, vet assistant, and shift lead. Animals are my passion and I’d love to expand on that! I enjoy collaborating with a team for similar goals and success, and my hope is to have a role that allows the veterinary field to grow and become bigger and better!

I started as a receptionist(CSC) with Banfield in 2016. I was able to become trained as a vet assistant once I moved from NY to NC. I gained more skills collecting samples, running labs, becoming surgery trained, and maintaining the hospital flow. As I gained skills I also took on new responsibility in the form of machine maintenance and inventory. I have taken great interest in continuing development and engagement among the staff. As the most senior vet nurse, I’m also seasoned in training staff for surgery/dental procedures and overseeing new hire on-boarding. In 2019 I began managing the Instagram page for our hospital which includes keeping clients up to date on our services, information, and experiences of the patients, and have continued keeping the page up to date and interactive.I stepped down from my role as shift lead in August 2022 as I went part time in order to take on a new growth opportunity.
