Program Financial Analyst
Current• Plan, track, and ensure timely execution of over 350 funding contract actions within a $110 million budget. • Collaborate with six program executive teams to manage and analyze budgets, and ensure alignment with a master spend plan. • Serve as liaison between program office, program executive teams, client firms, and contracting office to track workflow and troubleshoot issues. • Utilize tools such as a custom database, Sharepoint, and Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, to monitor, execute and record progress, as well as generate financial and activity reports for the Department of the Navy.• Serve as member of program office senior leadership team, responsible for communicating weekly and monthly updates to teams on contract status and budget flow.
