As an intern for the Demand Planning Team, I established a formalized, repeatable process to assess hardware forecasting accuracy for the first time in NCR’s history. I did this by creating a highly-customizable dashboard to evaluate forecasting accuracy and to enable the business to drive improvements for units totaling $5 billion annually.

As a New Product Integration Intern, my main project was to create a New Product Integration Playbook. This in-depth playbook highlighted how key deliverables from 11 supply chain teams intertwined to integrate a new product into Cox's supply chain. Through this experience I was able to meet with each team and fully understand their objectives and goals. I also participated in an innovation challenge for Cox executives. My team presented a proposal to increase the success rate of self-install kits by creating a prototype for the Cox website to include a self-install section on the support page.

As a Sales and Supply Chain Intern, I got hands-on experience seeing how that company ran from the warehouse to the office. This included working with teams such as transportation, receiving, sales, etc. Through working with these teams, I was able to optimize their current supply chain while also managing sales.
