• Leads the legacy financial management systems decommissioning efforts for the Navy Office of Financial Management Systems associated with legacy financial systems following the operational and data migration to new target systems, established/updated new decommissioning policy, collects evidentiary artifacts supporting migration and decommissioning efforts, developed detailed checklist and integrated master schedule • Develops corrective action plans to adjudicate audit findings, including detailed plans of action, timelines, deliverables and follow-on doctrine and training, leading to NFR and corrective action plan closeouts• Coordinates audit response activities and communication protocols to ensure auditors are provided timely responses to audit requests

Supported both United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration in Department of Homeland Security, with acquisition and project management support for various modernization and legacy sustainment programs including cost estimating and naval engineering support for the Coast Gurad's 47’ Motor Lifeboat Service Life Extension Program, National Security Cutter, Offshore Patrol Cutter, Fast Response Cutter, Polar Icebreaker and Legacy Cutter, and Small Boat surface acquisition projects, in addition for TSA maintained lifecycle acquisition processes and documentation for over 30 acquisition programs, including modernized passenger and baggage integrated screening systems.

Served as Commanding Officer of the Legacy Sustainment Support Unit located at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore MD. Directed 25 member team in the daily contract oversight and quality control overseeing 22 major ship maintenance availabilities, ensured cost, schedule and final performance milestones were met.
