Bill is one of the founding members of LoneTree Engineering Services. He brings over 35 years of industry experience and senior leadership to LTES, growing and scaling both start-up and multi-national engineering companies in Denver and Alaska.  His vision of “Evolving Engineering” began early in his career where, as a designer at with Stearns Roger Engineering, he led the adoption and widespread use of CAD as a design tool. Bill then went on to lead engineering technology for a local start-up, Rapley Engineering Services, where he helped bring people, processes and technology together to grow the company from 16 to over 200 people until it was acquired by VECO (now Ch2M Hill) in 1998. This experience is what would later be his inspiration to join other Rapley alum to form Lone Tree Engineering Services.  Bill holds a MS from the University of Colorado and a BS in Technical Management from Regis University in Denver.
