Michigan Office Solutions (MOS) is a Xerox Subsidiary headquartered in Grand Rapids with multiple locations throughout Michigan. Some of my responsibilities include:-Growing Michigan Office Solutions market share in current and net new accounts through a consultative selling approach.-Manage a profitable geographic territory of current accounts while aggressively targeting competitive net new business.-Provide excellent customer service for customers by building strong business relationships, being first line of contact, conducting account reviews, and upgrading equipment at the appropriate time.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with teammates, service technicians, customer care center, order processing, leasing department, billing department, and professional services to ensure successful customer relations.-Extensive cold calling in the field and on the phone to prospect for new business.-Train and complete ride along days with new employees, interns, and potential hires.-Attend career fairs to promote MOS and attract potential new hires-Effectively use company sales database and other analytical programs to manage territory.-Analyze prospects in territory to deliver an accurate monthly sales forecast, and make adjustments when appropriate

Created and adjusted excel financial models to derive company value Analyzed market conditions to make investment recommendations for the healthcare (fall 2012) and commodities (spring 2013) sections of the Martha Seeger Fund. The Healthcare and Commodity sections of the portfolio are valued at $19,500 and $15,600 respectivelyArranged and managed weekly meetings to discuss investment strategies with section members.

Portland Middle School Soccer Fields

The summer after my junior year of High School I was given the opportunity to construct an event for the Portland Latchkey program. I discussed with the Latchkey teachers to understand what was expected and then created a set of drills and organized the event. I also found other friends and classmates to help me. Our focus was to teach the fundamentals of soccer and team work. There were roughly 30 Portland Latchkey students ranging from pre-school to 5th grade. The event was always successful and my friends and I enjoyed giving back to our community in our own way.
