Lead Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT processes to enable 30% manpower- and 28% revenue-growthYoY with below-average turnover for the industry. Reporting directly to C-Suite Officers and Principals.● Responsible for managing all financial statements, including KPIs and dashboards for completetransparency into financials. Generated all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.● Created new FP&A processes to provide insights into top-line revenue variance and growth, cash flowforecasting, tax planning for ownership, and how employees’ Capacity/Utilization impacts revenue andstaffing. No such tools existed previously so the roll-out plans focused heavily on user &customer buy-in.● Responsible for all daily IT needs, as well as long-term strategic planning. Hired an IT MSP firm tomanage day-to-day needs. Created a new IT strategy for scalable, purposeful, and prudent investment.● Human Resources lead, responsible for all day-to-day HR needs and tasks. In addition, I led the teams that A) created a Mentorship/Protege program, B) created a repeatable on-boarding process, C) created a more formal performance review process that increased employee engagement with company Values,D) managed the internal tasks for all H-1B and PERM visa applications.

● Prepared monthly operations review package for senior management highlighting our monthly, quarterly, yearly performance against the budget baseline, forecast, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).● Partnered with technical staff to deliver the cost and schedule updates for Program Office reviews.● Collaborated with multiple product areas & functions to develop the AOP & 5-Year Plan.● Programmed four custom-built business models in VBA (Excel), for use in real-time contract negotiations.● Created the “Financial Toolbar” excel plug-in, automating 12 everyday tasks for my team, saving anaverage of 2.5 hours per person during month-end close week.

Managed the financials for multiple defense programs and developed VBA-driven, Excel Tools for theR&D and Facilities divisions, improving both proposal win rates and ROI.

Included work to bring advanced communication capabilities to disparate teams across the enterprise; my team and I received the Chairman's Award for Innovation upon project completion.
