Hello! I am Zachary McCormick, a driven professional originally from Sacramento, California. I graduated from Humboldt State University in May 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, where I focused on Management and minored in Communications.I began my career at Amazon in June 2020, where I served as an Operations Area Manager for two years. During my time at Amazon, I was responsible for managing a team of associates and ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, I gained experience through an Organizational Leadership Developmental Program as a Trailblazer Operations Financial Analyst for a year, where I honed my analytical skills and financial acumen.Currently, I am excited to have joined the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles as a Talent Outreach Analyst. In this role, I leverage my communication skills to build relationships with prospective candidates, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.I am a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
