Cross utilized agent at the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport for SkyWest. Given the opportunity to engage in multiple divisions of SkyWest allowed me many unique opportunities in the safety management and operations of the airport. Involved with aspects of customer support all the way to being a Ground Security Coordinator, I gained the distinctive knowledge of airport security and operations.

Involved in key aspects of Piedmont Airline’s operations and safety compliance documentation and artifact maintenance. Was tasked with the responsibility to maintain various databases and documentation including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), On-The-Job Injuries, and Aircraft Ground Damages. Also engaged in the auditing of maintenance records and investigation of data for compliance to protocol.

Managed the process of customer-facing artifacts for accuracy and entirety. Guided the team on areas of improvement and provided coaching to team members as required. Promoted the use of specific company approved artifacts to create uniformity in process and control.
