I can do that. Need to talk a client off the ledge? I can do that. Need a custom report using data from who knows where? I can figure that out. Need a dashboard to help ELT to understand how the team is performing? I’ve done that too.My broad experience and technical skills allow me to be an effective problem solver. I can translate between the business teams and the technical teams. I’ve played instrumental roles on system implementations and been the system administrator, reporting expert, and lead evangelist. I have taught myself how to extract the data, clean and normalize the data, analyze the data, and prepare visualizations of the data for the ELT. I’ve identified and established KPIs for large, global teams and I’ve successfully driven year-over-year continuous improvement using those KPIs. Whether it’s a need to grind out the tickets with the team, to troubleshoot a specific technical issue, to train and mentor team members, or to present dashboards to the executives, I can do that. And what I haven’t done before is what motivates me each day. I want to learn new technologies, to solve puzzles and problems, and to troubleshoot new systems. Give me a little time and I will figure it out. I can do that.
