Business Process Engineer
CurrentFrom 2020 to current, tasked to perform Business Process Engineering and Re-engineering documentation for various applications of Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) by NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office (DPO). A Functional Requirement Document (FRD) is an engineering artifact that contains a set of artifacts that include a taxonomy, business process models, functional requirements traceability matrix, common terms dictionary, and value chain. Assisted with the creation of documents for at least six applications. From 2018 to 2020, tasked by NAVSEA to produce Data Models and analyze data for existing PMO-IT databases (WebAIM & WebSUPDESK). Worked with a Data Architect to develop Data Models using Embarcadero ER/Studio This included the following: o Designed the report formats for the following: Data Interface Documents Data Source Analysis Integration & Migration Recommendations Standards & Inconsistencies Report Data Dictionary Enterprise Data Recommendations. o Responsible for the creation and the Quality Assurance of final deliverables to the client. o Delivered WebAIM in September 2019 o Delivered WebSUPDESK in November 2019 o Produced a weekly status report to the client o Created and maintained a WBS for the tasking o Produced PP slides for program review meetings as needed• From 2017 – 2018: Developed Work Breakout Structure (WBS) for Navy Data Repository (NDR) Enterprise Integrated Data Environment (EIDE) team for the NAVAIR client o Assisted with the development of the Taxonomy for the EIDE. o Developed first draft of project Charter o Part of the team to develop the High-Level Requirements and Taxonomy Detailed Information o Began set up of SharePoint site for project o Created the Project Completion Letter and report• Assisted with proposal development by participating in Pink Team for IV&V proposal for PMO-IT.
