Created and oversaw a cyber operations team which handled the day-to-day operations and cyber investigations. Established policy and governance procedures for industry framework compliance. H&R Block’s first chief security officer to lead the global security program.

Among the first technology employees hired to lead a team that supported Sprint PCS during the time of a wireless expansion.
