Led a team of 12 direct/indirect reports across FP&A, Treasury, and Operations Finance functions.FP&A: - Created the company’s annual budget across the 3 financial statements and the short-term cash forecast. - Created monthly performance reporting packages to measure performance to plan and drive informed decision-making. Treasury: - Reorganized the company’s debt financing strategy through a maturity matching framework. - Opened new partnerships with banking institutions to diversify lending base. - Created monthly loan covenant reporting for the company’s asset-based lending facilities. - Managed and provided approval authority for the company’s internal leasing program.Operations Finance: - Consolidated the billing function into a central team, offshored transactional billing processes, and improved SLA metric performance. - Drove continuous improvement efforts through standardized operating procedure documentation, process mapping, elimination of waste activities, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Managed the budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the $120M corporate overhead P&L. Supervisory role with a Sr Financial Analyst reporting into me.

Built and maintained working capital, capital expenditures and free cash flow reporting and forecasting for the Americas region. Responsible for new business submissions to the global Investment Committee detailing profitability, discounted cash flows, net present value and payback period.

Managed the overhead P&L with a scope of 7 departments, 700+ employees and $60M in annual cost. Led the development of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial performance review meetings with functional leadership. Created the working capital forecast model for the North American market accounting for $7b in annual revenue, $6b in annual cash clearing and $1.3b in average accounts receivable. Partnered with the Operational Excellence team and functional leadership to drive 8% year-over-year departmental productivity improvements translating to $5m in annual savings.

Managed a $1.5b credit portfolio of B2B customers utilizing financial statements, internal sales, payment performance and external credit bureau reporting to assess creditworthiness. Calculated the quarterly accounts receivable bad debt provision. Performed monthly SOX testing auditing the effectiveness of internal controls.

Rotational program covering multiple positions within operational finance. Responsibilities included credit line underwriting, P&L/Balance Sheet analysis (liquidity, debt, coverage and profitability ratios), sales/rate of travel calculation, legal document drafting and UCC filings.
