A third year Business Management student currently completing a Year in Industry placement with SP Energy Networks. During this placement I will be working with the Customer Experience team who are dedicated to enhancing the overall satisfaction and engagement of customers. They focus on analysing customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive service excellence. The department collaborates closely with various teams across the organisation to implement effective solutions, reduce service related issues, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
