16 year career began in the real estate department negotiating and securing ground leases for new billboard construction. Moved to local sales for 5 years, then moved to national account team working with companies with budgets of $300k+/. Eventually became VP of Sales in 1996 and from that point foward help grow the Dallas/Fort Worth office from sales of $15 million to over $33 million during my tenure.
