As a Safety Professional at US Navy, I manage the safety division at Trident Refit Facility Bangor, where I lead and support the safety culture change for OSHA compliance and injury prevention. With over eight years of military experience, I have a strong background in nuclear/nuclear power technology, having graduated from the Nuclear Power School and served as a Nuclear Machinist Mate.I am passionate about ensuring the safety and health of my fellow service members and civilian employees, as well as protecting the environment and the public. I am also an experienced trainer, who has instructed in both safety certification and nuclear reactor operation and maintenance courses for multiple years. In addition, I have acquired auxiliary skills and qualifications in quality assurance, welding, and machine tool use for part production. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, to further enhance my knowledge and skills in this field.
