Maintain tax records, related schedules and reports. Processes business personal property tax billings and payments, reconciliations. Create uploads to update property tax related fieldsProcessing tasks in Access database and assist with customer inquires and issues. Research any value inconsistencies as needed.

Responsible for setting up new bulk refinance and purchase deals. Verify addresses and jurisdictions. Obtain all parcel numbers, property tax bills, water/sewer bills, letters of estoppel. Obtain payoffs on all items that could cause a lien on the property. Coordinate with all other departments through the entire purchase or refinance process.
