Mainly participate in SKK Supply & Apply projects, such as renovation of the Murray, the Lily@Repulse Bay, Luk Yu Tea House 陸羽茶室, Lee Kam Kee Central, CIC Kowloon Bay, etc. Also take part in quality control over some Material-supply project, such as the Landmark, Fai Chi Kei 澳門筷子基, PRAIA PARK 澳門石排灣擎天匯, etc.Job Duties: 1. Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress.2. Implement Quality Control works, such as mock up samples control, material control, etc.3. Communicate with all stakeholders, including Main-contractor, architects, consultant, resident of the project and follow-up all ad-hoc requests.4. Monitor the usage of material and make sure adequate of material on-site to complete the project.5. Make sure project complete in appropriate timely manner.6. Arrange payment application and monitor the cash flow.7. Variation orders (VO works) follow up

Stationed in China Office and played managerial role over design & account team. Majority of time deal with the time management & financial forecast of all the existing projects and evaluate the potential of new projects. Often needed to construct the layout concept with the designers. Meanwhile, other duties include the marketing strategies such as construction of website, WECHAT, booklet, etc.New Company – Startomato established in January 2015 with the major direction focus on movie segment. I needed to work closely with the ALAN LEE, creative director on proposal draft and idea presentation with relevant parties in Mainalnd, including the Province Governor.
